Training Program for InaEEWS System Processing Development Project

As part of the BMKG Project, PT. Mindotama Avia Teknik successfully organized a two-phase training program for the System Processing Development of InaEEWS in July 2025 and August 2025. The training activities were designed to strengthen the technical understanding, operational capability, and readiness of all personnel involved in the implementation and operation of the Indonesia Earthquake Early Warning System (InaEEWS).

The first phase of the training was conducted in July 2025 at Hotel Grand Dafam Braga, Bandung. This session focused on introducing the overall system architecture, processing workflow, software configuration, and integration of the various subsystems within InaEEWS. Participants were provided with both theoretical and practical sessions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the system’s functions, operational procedures, and technical requirements.

The second phase of the training was held in August 2025 at Bigland Sentul Hotel. This phase served as an advanced and more in-depth continuation of the previous session, emphasizing system operation, troubleshooting, data processing, monitoring procedures, and response protocols under various operational scenarios. Participants also had the opportunity to conduct hands-on simulations and practical exercises to improve their familiarity and confidence in operating the system.

Throughout both phases, the training program facilitated active discussions and knowledge sharing between PT. Mindotama Avia Teknik, BMKG, and all related stakeholders. The sessions were aimed not only at transferring technical knowledge, but also at ensuring that all users and operators are fully prepared to support the successful implementation of InaEEWS.

The training activities represented an important milestone in the development of the InaEEWS System Processing infrastructure and reflected PT. Mindotama Avia Teknik’s commitment to delivering a reliable, sustainable, and fully integrated earthquake early warning system. Through this initiative, the company continues to support BMKG in enhancing Indonesia’s earthquake preparedness, disaster mitigation capability, and public safety.
